stewardship & care

Every piece is born from natural materials and intended for interior placement. To ensure the longevity of the work and preserve its material truth, please handle with intention.

For fiber works:

  • Avoid placement in direct sunlight, high humidity, or near abrasive surfaces.

  • To maintain the texture, gently dust using a feather duster or a soft, dry cloth.

  • Do not wash, soak, or apply chemical cleaning products.

For oak & walnut objects:

  • Wood is a living material that responds to its environment. Avoid proximity to heat sources or standing moisture.

  • Clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Each artwork is unique and may show slight irregularities or "imperfections" in the grain and fiber. These are not flaws, but the honest signature of the handmade process.

returns & bespoke works

Because each piece is a singular creation, we approach returns with the same care we give the craft.

Ready-To-Ship Pieces:

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bespoke Commissions:

Due to their highly personal and custom nature, commissions are non-refundable. To ensure you are confident in the final work, you will be deeply involved in the creative dialogue — approving sketches, materials, and color palettes before the physical making begins. Final approval is always requested before the work leaves the studio.

We cannot issue refunds or repairs for damages caused by misuse or a failure to follow the care guidelines provided above. If any issues arise during the life of your piece, please reach out directly so we can discuss a resolution.
